New Delhi, June 15th: Telecom VAS operator Pinnacle Teleservices Private Limited launches ‘R-Fi’, a special first of its kind innovative application that will enable parents to get regular updates about their school going kids on their mobile phones along with other relevant communication from the school. ‘R-Fi’ will utilize the long range radio frequency technology to read the photo ID cards of the kids and as they pass through the doorways or the main gate of the school. ‘R-Fi’ reader detects the signal and will automatically send alerts to the respective parents on their mobile phones through an inbuilt automated notification system about their arrival and departure from the school premises.
“‘R-Fi’ will prove to be very beneficial product for both schools and parents, since it will facilitate better communication between the school and the parents. In addition to the alerts, it will also provide great peace of mind to parents as they will be getting regular updates about their kids and the day-to-day activities in the school. This innovation will prove to be very critical in today’s fast urban life where majority of the parents are working professionals and many a times their kids go to school and come home in their absence, which creates a lot anxiety.

The charges per month for parents who are availing this service are also very economical making it a must have product for all schools”
Mr. Abhinav Bansal, Regional Head-North said “R-Fi is a very innovative futuristic product that will help in bridging the gap between the modern urban parents and the educational institutes. In today’s hectic work culture, parents just want peace of mind for their kids whereabouts and R-Fi is just the product”
